Your drawings and files
Project drawings and plans you upload are used only to prepare your estimate. They are shared internally with our estimating and fabrication team and are not published or shared with third parties without your consent.
Service providers
Form submissions are processed by our form-handling provider, and our website is served by our hosting provider. These providers process data on our behalf and only to deliver the service. Our online Stone Advisor may process the text of your questions to generate a reply.
Data retention
We keep enquiry and project information only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal or business record-keeping requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to its use, at any time. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
